Thanks for the info for us Newbies. I have completed a few transactions with 100% financing; using the net sheet is a good idea to keep the seller's focused on the prize and I will use it more in the future. ..... That is so useful to keep in mind, and I find often seller's agents don't really grasp it and in turn their sellers don't grasp it.
