I'm 95% positive thats clear coat failure and you will not be able to repair it with anything less than a repaint. The paint had faded, there were dents & rust spots, the driver's door frame was cracking and old welds were failing. Maaco fixed the dents, welded the cracks and removed the rust. The owner removed the bumpers and plans ...The rest of the car was oxidized, full of scratches paint surface uneven . Any remaining scratches are in the primer and out my of control, until I pull the old match stick and dupilicolor and buff trick.

Paint Restoration Kit

It is white and a Florida car complete with hazy oxidized white paint. The car got washed, clayed and Ultimate Compound I followed up with NXT 2.0 I had with and I'll just say the finish is as smooth ...I do around 20 Rv's a year. Have you tried any other polishes on the paint or just the 360? I have never tried 360, but I use Meguiars D151 alot and it works very well on lightly oxidized surfaces.
