How can I transition from anime to realism How to Draw Cartoons

So basically I only draw anime/cartoons right now but I really want to draw realism. But I don't know how the whole process of drawing it works – and I'm also bad ... In this case you just have to adjust the guidelines to fit to realism. Normally the difference between manga/anime and realism is more volume and form and less stylization.
