Baked Barramundi Fillet

Cut barramundi into 150 g fillets and season with salt and pepper. Place two fresh basil leave and a slice of lemon on each fillet. Wrap the fillets individually in baking foil or grease proof baking paper. Add the a little enough grarlic, fresh chilli and gringer and cook for 1 minute. Add the fresh coconut and cook stirringr for average 3 minute time or until the fresh coconut is just toasted.
