I had seen Alton Brown's grilled chicken episode not long ago and had it in the back of my mind. So when she said grilled chicken I said, "Ah ha! Get me a 5 lb chicken woman!" After yelling at me for calling her woman, she got me a whole chicken ... I'm thinking I'm going to go with a lime and salt bath, and a long-ass cook time.
