What can a map tell us U Tech Tips

Then there is Google Earth and it's ever constantly updated data . Google Maps with its street view and pin point addresses, and iPhones and BlackBerries that let you find places on the go. .... Agreed….yet many of our maps are out dated. I did lesson 3 today and it was harder than I originally thought it would be for the students to find countries on Google Earth and label them on a blank map. We couldn't always get the country ...I have visited China three times and stayed for over a year in total, India twice for 8 months, Japan twice, Ecuador three times, Chile twice, France and Spain twice a piece, I visited Hungary two times, Thailand the same amount, ... I look at the map above and I see all of the disconnected lines, the blank white spaces in regions of blue, and the fact that there was very little strategy applied other than just going to wherever I felt I should go to next. ...
